I thoroughly enjoyed thinking through the process, so there's a clear win to start with

Dear Wendy May,

Vera Szeszler

Amazing content designer...

Ivan Kepecs

Digital experience marketer...

What you will find in this offer?

One of our offers is from Vera, and the other comes from me. The one that's by Vera has a detailed process for persona mapping with content creation guidelines included in it. On my end I have a more indepth design process outline to start by going back to basics. We hope that one of these will suit your needs best!

The world is full of surprises

But that doesn't mean it's not worth exploring!

It may be hard to tell where a design process begins,

the offer starts with basics and moves on from there.

My friend, Vera's offer

As I know only the theory of content writing, but not write well, I thought about bringing in someone else. To bring a top-notch methodology for content design. Her offer is a "I'll teach you how to do it" with personalized suggestions and templates. Doing the personas before hand or using AS-IS might be a question we should discuss before starting.

Step No. 1

I look at what he has done so far I get all info from Wendy in the form of a 20-30 question questionnaire. Based on the answers I put together a concrete content design proposal package.

Step No. 2

I provide guidelines for content design, including persona research method, based on the answers I get from the questionnaire.

Template 1.

Content design is a clever content creation method that paves the way for your audience to reach your product/service. It helps you to get to know your personas and their current questions, and find the right platforms to give them the right information at the right time. So you can help them find your product or service and add real value to your marketing. The end result of the content design process is an efficient and effortless content ecosystem, at the intersection of your communication strategy, your target audience's curiosity, and your inspiration.

Template 2.

Persona research: the steps to "uncover customer reality":

- Identify communication personas

- in-depth interviews (with customers other than your current or former customers)

- content and communication channel suggestions

- conclusions: review of former content and suggestions

Step No. 3

Q&A of received proposal - we can chat about whether to do this verbally, in a threesome, but I don't want to sound worthless because of language barriers, so ideally this would be more professional in writing as well.

Budget

step 1. personalised questionnaire: 250 EUR (3 hours)

step 2. personalised content design step-by-step: 250 EUR (3 hours)

step 3. QA: 100 EUR (1,5 hours)

Full package

Now I understand that you may not want to go so deep and spend so much time on this process. It might seem like you are starting from scratch. I'm not sure how much time you would want to spend on this process. And I don't know how far back you would want to start.

Expert's perspective...

It's possible to achieve 80% accuracy. just by bare domain knowledge and experience.

this 20% might be the difference between getting it right and almost getting it right.

Some would say that...

this 20% might be the attunement to getting it right.

To us...

I'm still unsure if we need to put so much energy into this. We could try to come up with a couple of new products/services that will combine current ones to function as a glue and test different messaging through Facebook ads.

Then put together a couple of refined offers on new landing pages, and creating and automate some email funnels. In fact, this might have been what you wanted from the beginning.
